Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Environmental Health Technical Support Officer on a part-time basis (21.5 hours per week) for an initial contract with a local authority in the South East. The role supports frontline regulatory teams across Environmental Health, Licensing and Public Protection as part of the Regulatory Services team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Local Authority Environmental Health, Licensing, Regulatory Services or Public Protection team.
• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Experience handling service requests, complaints or case management systems.
• Confident communicating with members of the public and internal stakeholders.
• Experience processing licensing applications would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health, Food Safety or Licensing services is desirable.
