Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Compliance Officer for a temporary assignment at our Stoke-on-Trent headquarters. The role focuses on ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready for placement, supporting recruitment teams, and maintaining high regulatory and operational standards.

You will handle candidate documentation, carry out checks, and work with IT systems to ensure compliance is met, in a fast-paced environment with cross-sector exposure.

Responsibilities

• Managing candidate applications and compliance documentation across multiple recruitment sectors.
• Conducting candidate pre-screening calls and gathering relevant information to support the compliance process.
• Liaising with recruitment consultants to ensure candidates meet client compliance requirements.
• Completing and maintaining DBS checks and other background checks.
• Reviewing documentation and identifying missing or expired compliance requirements.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records across internal systems.
