Job summary

Accor in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a temporary basis for three months, through February 2027. The role involves running a designated section and delivering high-quality dishes with the wider kitchen team.

We prefer full-time hours but will consider part-time applicants with the right experience. The position pays £15.26 per hour plus service charge and requires commitment to high standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality dishes.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety.
• Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency during busy service periods.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and maintain effective stock rotation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team; support juniors.
