Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a temporary three-month assignment in London. The position offers full-time hours preferred, with part-time considered, and pay of £15.26 per hour plus service charge.

You will run your designated kitchen section, uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, and collaborate with the wider team to deliver an excellent dining experience daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
• Passionate about food and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety.
• Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency during busy service periods.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and maintain effective stock rotation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive working environment.
