Job summary

Stafforce is seeking a proactive Candidate Consultant (Account Coordinator) to join our Scunthorpe team on a temporary basis. You will support key client accounts, coordinate onboarding, inductions, and ensure workers are well supported throughout their assignments.

The role is office-based with travel to client sites in the Scunthorpe area, typical hours 8:30am–5:00pm, and an on-call rota. This is a temporary position with potential extension depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong IT and administrative skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Confident using databases, software systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• A flexible and positive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and candidate registrations and inductions.
• Deliver inductions and site briefings for workers.
• Complete compliance checks, right-to-work verification, and documentation.
• Maintain records using internal systems and Excel databases.
• Manage workforce data and support shift coordination.
• Build relationships with candidates, workers, clients, and colleagues.
• Travel between client sites in the Scunthorpe area as required.
• Participate in on-call rota and provide ongoing support.
