Beauty Brand in London is seeking a Temporary Order Management Coordinator for a 1-month assignment starting ASAP. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing, beauty-forward brand focused on innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.

You'll process B2B and D2C orders, coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners, monitor stock levels, and keep the order management system up to date using NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
• SAP experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage B2B and D2C orders.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with internal teams and handle customer order queries.
