Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Resolving supplier queries and liaising with internal teams
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
• Ensuring invoices are approved and paid within agreed terms
• Monitoring and clearing aged or outstanding items
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end processes
