Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant in Fareham for a temporary 1-2 month role. You will support the finance function with end-to-end invoice processing, timely payments, and month-end activities.

The role requires prior accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and finance systems. Immediate start available, with standard Monday to Friday hours.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end processing of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring timely payments by maintaining supplier relationships and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting month-end processes and contributing to reconciliations.
• Collaborating with the finance team to deliver reporting and process improvements.
