Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the Finance team in Fareham on a temporary basis. The role offers a collaborative environment with the opportunity to support a busy finance function during a period of increased workload.

You will handle high-volume processing of purchase transactions, assist with backlog management of purchase orders, and ensure accurate data entry and recording.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchase ledger or similar finance support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running from day one.

• Supporting high-volume processing of purchase transactions while adapting to the company's systems and procedures
