Job summary

More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Temp Accounts Assistant for a 3-month period to support our transactional finance team in Preston. You will handle system interface files, reconcile balances, and post transactions across multiple company ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates will have experience with computerised accounting systems, posting to multiple ledgers, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on data integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience of computerised accounting systems.
• Experience of posting to multiple company Nominal, Sales and Purchase ledgers.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
• Awareness of the importance of processing and posting data accurately.

Responsibilities

• To process system generated interface files
• To monitor fund requests and reconcile facility balances
• To post financial transactions into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner into multiple companies
• To produce broker commission payments and statements
• To reconcile bank accounts and post transactions to the general ledger.
