More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant for a 3-month period to support the transactional finance team in Preston.

You will process interface files, reconcile balances, post transactions across multiple company ledgers, and handle broker commission payments. Strong Excel and accounting system experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised accounting systems.
• Experience posting to multiple company ledgers (Nominal, Sales and Purchases).
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process system generated interface files.
• Monitor fund requests and reconcile facility balances.
• Post financial transactions into the accounting system across multiple companies.
• Produce broker commission payments and statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and post to the general ledger.
