Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and payroll journaling is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills and ability to hit the ground running are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including creation and recording of invoices, assist with supplier payments and reconciliation.
• Entry and reconciliation of petty cash and credit card transactions.
• Process staff expenses payments.
• Input payroll journals.
• Perform aged debtor and creditor reviews.
• Assist with cashflow management.
• Support month end procedures.
• Maintain all aspects of the Xero-based systems.
