Recruitment Solutions - Telesales Executive/Operative

We are working with a plant equipment team based in Didcot. Due to expansion, they require a Telesales Executive/Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The initial 12-week probationary period will be managed via the agency. After successfully completing the probation, the role will become permanent.

This company has steadily increased sales year-on-year since entering the UK market, becoming one of the largest suppliers of mobile crushing and screening equipment in the UK.

Their growth is driven by market demand and a high rate of repeat business. From their purpose-built facilities in Didcot, Oxfordshire, they distribute parts, provide servicing, overhaul machinery within specialist workshops, and manage a fleet of mobile service engineers.

About the Role

Duties include:

  • Contacting potential customers
  • Following up with current customers to generate sales and maintain good relationships
  • Focusing on customer needs to generate sales
  • Documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions

  • Managing accounts
  • Updating CRM software

Candidate Profile:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous knowledge of computer systems
  • Experience in business-to-business sales
  • Reliable and punctual
Working Hours and Salary

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary: £12.02 - £14.42 per hour. Once permanent, salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
