Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting Telesales Executives on behalf of a Belfast-based client. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who enjoy a supportive environment with clear progression.

You will proactively contact new and existing business customers, convert leads into revenue, and manage a pipeline using a CRM. A competitive base salary with uncapped commission is offered plus training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing business customers, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports
  

Criteria
