Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is representing a Belfast client seeking ambitious Telesales Executives to join a growing, success‑driven team.

You will engage with prospective and existing business customers by phone and email, identify opportunities, and move leads through the sales cycle toward targets, with an uncapped commission structure and OTE.

The role includes a base salary of £27,000 with potential earnings. On‑site parking, pension, training, and clear progression options are offered.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing business customers, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports
  

Criteria

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers
• Experience using CRM systems
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A positive and professional approach to sales
