Telesales Executive

We're on the hunt for a proactive and talented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Derby. Your role will be crucial in driving our growth by identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Cold call, network, and use social media to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, anticipate their needs, and drive organic growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to ensure high retention rates and profitable growth.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with customer services, marketing, and product specialist teams to provide comprehensive support.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our products and services to provide accurate and compelling information.
  • Negotiation: Use your negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Professional and confident communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Motivated and organized with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and discuss them with customers.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy sales environment and handle rejection.
