Handicare Stairlifts UK is seeking a motivated Telesales Associate to join our Direct Sales team in the UK. You will engage customers who have enquired about stairlift solutions, understand their needs, and arrange qualified appointments for field-based surveyors.

This role focuses on building rapport and providing excellent customer experience from the first call, with a target-driven environment and opportunities to maximise earnings through uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, professional telephone manner.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers interested in stairlift solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and convert them into qualified survey appointments.
• Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, professional conversations.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Explain the benefits of products and services clearly and help customers choose solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
• Coordinate appointments with surveyors and share key customer information.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and wider teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Aim for individual and team performance targets.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
