Job Description
Mercedes-Benz of Dartford & Bromley are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support Specialist, working 40 hrs per week, shift pattern8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 9.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. Some weekend shifts typically 1 in 6 - 8am-5pm Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday. If you thrive on delivering outstanding customer care, enjoy supporting people via telephone, and want to represent Mercedes-Benz, this is an excellent opportunity to build your customer service career.
As a Telephone Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, handling phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
