Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Footprint Manager for Telematics to drive profitable growth by refining our pricing footprint and underwriting approach. You will lead a team of risk analysts and collaborate with pricing, data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in pricing analytics, and knowledge of insurance markets. Hybrid working is offered with locations in Leicester, London or Bexhill.

Responsibilities

Identify and lead opportunities to expand our competitive footprint or rectify unprofitable segments.
Develop and deliver innovative approaches to manage underwriting risk when expanding footprint segments.
Analyse risk using loss ratios and KPIs and translate insights into portfolio decisions.
Engage stakeholders to shape growth strategies.
Lead and coach a team of risk analysts.
