Job summary

Radius is seeking a Credit Controller in Crewe to manage cash collection and reduce arrears within our Telematics division. You will own AR ledgers, handle payer policies, and drive improvements across processes while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

The role suits someone with credit control or collections experience, a commercial mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach to fast-growing global operations. Monday–Friday, office-based.

Responsibilities

• Delivering cash collection and arrears management to achieve financial targets.
• Ownership of Accounts Receivable ledgers within the Telematics UK & Ireland team.
• Identify risks and issues impacting arrears and suggest policy/process changes to improve cash collection.
• Establish priorities and manage workload to deliver against targets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support the Telematics business and financial targets.
• Take ownership of customer queries to improve DSO and ledger ageing.
• Own regular ledger reviews with operational and sales colleagues to ensure policy compliance.
