Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Telehandler for ongoing temporary work in Iwade. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS and have proven Telehandler operation experience on similar sites.

Daily activities include transporting materials, loading/unloading, checking loads, stacking pallets, and performing routine equipment checks. You will join a reputable regional developer delivering high-end units.

ASAP start with pay £19-£20 per hour for an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS (blue) or NPORS CSCS card required.
• Minimum 3+ years of Telehandler experience in similar environments.
• Health & safety awareness is advantageous.
• Strong team ethic and ability to work standalone.

Responsibilities

• Obtain production schedule copies and transport materials around site.
• Load and unload goods from trucks.
• Move goods on pallets or crates as required.
• Check loads are secure before movement.
• Stack empty pallets and tidy work area.
• Perform daily equipment checks, e.g., battery charging and lubrication.
• Remove attachments and waste material from machines.

The role

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines

About you

• Working knowledge of site health & safety procedures would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.

Required skills and attributes

• You will need a current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
• A minimum of 3 years+ experience operating a Telehandler in the same environment.
