Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation and maintenance

• Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
• Complete work to the required quality standards, following Circet’s best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with data protection policies
