Job summary

Hansen Technologies is seeking a Solutions Director, Telecoms & Media, to lead high-impact, senior-level customer engagements across telecom transformation initiatives in London. You will partner with Sales, Product and Delivery to translate complex priorities into credible, value-driven solution strategies.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience across telecom software, enterprise software, systems integration or consulting.
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales and transformation programmes.
Familiar with BSS/OSS and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Shape strategic telecom pursuits with early engagement through validation and contract positioning.
Engage senior customers via discovery conversations and executive workshops.
Lead solution strategy and validation with CIOs/CTOs and senior leaders.
Mobilise internal teams around customer priorities and milestones.
Drive RFI/RFP activity with win themes, narratives and evidence points.
Build trusted executive relationships as a strategic transformation partner.
Represent Hansen at customer, partner and industry forums.
