Job summary

Project People seeks a Solution Architect for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Theale to translate operator requirements into practical tower and connectivity solutions. This role spans sales, engineering, property, construction and commercial teams to respond to tenders and ensure compliant delivery.

You will engage operators, lead technical discoveries, and develop co-location and multi-operator solutions while coordinating with site, fibre, power, and backhaul considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile telecommunications infrastructure and tower companies.
• Ability to translate operator requirements into technically credible solutions.
• Experience delivering bids, tenders or RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Engage with mobile network operators to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Lead technical discoveries for new-build, co-location, upgrade, and network modernization.
• Develop technically compliant tower, rooftop, street works, small-cell and in-building coverage solutions.
