Job summary

Cellnex Telecom in Manchester is seeking a Head of Deployment to own large-scale, multi-year client programmes from concept to completion. You will lead diverse teams, coordinate partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable value for clients and the business.

The role requires strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to deputise for the CTO when needed. This hybrid position offers a vibrant office base and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programmes in telecoms or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and multi-year delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver tower infrastructure and network deployment activities to meet requirements.
• Align with Commercial to ensure customer expectations and programme capacity.
• Manage programme milestones, risks, and resources for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead Tower adaptation programmes and external partner coordination to ensure standards and safety.
• Forecast demand and implement delivery resource strategies across teams.
• Select and manage external partners to form a cohesive end-to-end delivery capability.
