Job summary

City of Doncaster Council is recruiting a HEART Call Handler (CDC) to respond to telecare activations and calls from the public and emergency services. The role operates nights on a 4 on 4 off rota, 10pm–6am, with a 13.13 hour weekly pattern and pro rata salary.

You will need a caring approach, able to assess situations quickly and liaise with families and responders to ensure people receive the right support. Previous call handling experience is advantageous.

• Experience in helping and supporting individuals; call handling experience is advantageous.
