Job summary

Operose Health at Church Lane Surgery is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a 32-hour telephone triage role. You will assess and manage patients from history through care review, with leadership duties as required.

The role emphasizes telephone triage with no face-to-face contact, requiring strong clinical judgment, NHS experience in primary care, and ongoing ACP development. A supportive, development-focused environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical practice, or working towards non-medical prescriber
• Minor injury and illness qualification
• NMC registration as a nurse
• Experience in a primary care setting
• Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients from initial history to care evaluation
• Make safe clinical decisions and deliver expert care in general practice
• Collaborate with the practice team to meet patients' needs
• Support delivery of policies and procedures
• Provide nurse leadership as required
