Job summary

TDA care solutions is recruiting for a care worker at a 6-bed home in Hampshire, supporting CYP aged 11-15 with LD, autism and complex needs. The role involves ensuring safe, person-centred care within a small residential setting.

Shifts include daytime hours and waking nights; there will always be an extra staff member on shift to enable breaks and prevent burnout. Night shifts run 21:30–08:30, with earlier finishes during half terms.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 or 4 in residential care.
• Must have full right to work in the UK.
• UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Night shifts 21:30–08:30; shifts exist to cover breaks and prevent burnout.
