Job summary

ITV’s Workplace Technology team seeks a TechZone core analyst to deliver face-to-face and remote IT support from ITV hub offices across the UK. You will own issues from initial contact through resolution, with a focus on rapid fixes and clear communication to colleagues on site.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, maintaining service levels, and contributing to knowledge bases and training materials. A self-starter mindset and passion for technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Diagnostic Engineer status with a primary manufacturer (Apple, HP, Dell, etc.).
• Experience working with on-shore and off-shore infrastructure/service desk teams within SLA.
• Experience in IT operations support in media/broadcast environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support to colleagues on-site and remotely.
• Coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams to diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Create documentation and knowledge base updates for common issues.
