ITV is seeking a Techzone Core Analyst to join the Workplace Technology team at ITV hub offices across the UK. The role focuses on face-to-face technical troubleshooting and first/second line support for colleagues on site, with remote support for off-site staff.

You will investigate root causes and provide workarounds for business continuity while maintaining clear communication with users. The successful candidate will respond to complex problems, own incidents through to resolution, and

Qualificações

• Experience in IT incident resolution and first/second line support.
• Ability to work with on-site and remote teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of issues and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Aim to resolve at first point of contact where possible.
• Develop knowledge of ITV technology standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with on-shore and off-shore teams to diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Provide on-site interface for third-party support teams during incident resolution.
• Produce documentation on resolutions and update knowledge bases.
• Support remote teams with onsite device issues and share learnings.
