Job summary

Premier Jobs UK Limited is seeking a Financial Adviser Performance Coach to support Financial Planners across the business, delivering practical coaching, training and development to raise advice quality.

You will deliver 1:1 and group coaching, support adviser induction, review performance trends and work with internal teams to uphold high advice standards, with travel across England and remote working options.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience in financial advice, wealth management, adviser development or T and C.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience delivering training or coaching to advisers.
• Desirable Chartered status or working towards this.
• Experience supporting multi site or growing advice teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

If you enjoy helping Financial Advisers raise their game and want a role where your coaching genuinely improves advice quality, this Financial Adviser Performance Coach job could be a great next step in your career. In this Financial Adviser Performance Coach role, you will work closely with Financial Planners across the business, supporting them to deliver consistently high quality advice through practical coaching, training and development. Rather than acting as a compliance sign off, you will focus on helping their Planners do things right first time by building confidence, consistency and capability. This is a people led position and suits someone who enjoys presenting, influencing and developing experienced professionals.
