Job summary

Bank of England in Leeds/London is seeking a Manager in the Change and Outsourcing team within the Operational Risk & Resilience Division. The role focuses on assessing technology, resilience and third‑party risks across firms, including cloud migrations, cyber readiness and critical third party arrangements.

Qualifications

• Significant technical work experience in technology and third‑party risks.
• Experience in assurance and business continuity planning and recovery solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a recognised technical authority on technology and third‑party risks.
• Lead assurance reviews of technology transformation and third‑party initiatives.
• Design and refine risk reviews to reflect evolving sector risks.
• Engage with CROs, CIOs, CTOs and other senior leaders during reviews.
• Provide technical challenge and support to supervisory teams and PRA decision‑makers.
• Shape supervisory thinking and contribute to policy development.
