Job summary

People’s Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Risk & Compliance Business Partner for Technology & Change to provide independent second-line risk oversight and advisory support across technology, cyber, data and delivery functions. You’ll partner with senior leaders to embed risk management into strategic plans, investment decisions and change delivery.

The role requires strong governance knowledge, experience in change programmes and excellent communication skills to report to

Qualifications

Experience in first- or second-line risk management within Technology, Digital, Change, Transformation or Financial Services environments.
Strong governance, programme delivery, portfolio management and control framework knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive/board audiences.

Responsibilities

Act as primary Risk Partner for Technology & Change, providing independent challenge and oversight.
Identify, assess, monitor and manage technology, cyber, change, resilience, data and third-party risks.
Review risk assessments, control self-assessments and remediation plans.
Monitor risk exposures against appetites, tolerances and KRIs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across technology operations and delivery.
Conduct thematic reviews and deep-dive analyses of key risk areas.
Ensure compliance with Group Risk Framework and regulatory obligations.
