Oasis Academy Mayfield in Southampton is seeking an outstanding Lead Teacher of Technology to lead and develop the Technology department, including staff and technician support. You will drive high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement and oversee curriculum development, assessment and improvement planning.

The role requires a proven classroom practitioner who can inspire colleagues through effective leadership, with strong communication, organisational and analytical skills,
