About Our Client

A leading accountancy and advisory firm in London

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all technology systems and software across the firm, including AV technology and in-meeting room solutions.
• Support and promote an ITIL framework, covering incident, problem, and change management.
• Maintain the ticketing system, ensuring calls and user requests are updated and actioned within agreed timescales.
• Review ticketing trends, identify recurring issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain asset registers for all devices.
• Assist with implementing new software and practices for internal clients.
• Collaborate with the Technology Team to identify best practices and opportunities for service improvement and future development.
• Work with outsourced security advisors to enhance the firm's security posture.
• Review and update technology procedures to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with the firm's technology policies, including backup, antivirus, data protection, security, and confidentiality.
• Engage with vendors for support issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support IT projects collaboratively with the wider IT team.

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience in a Technology Support role within an ITIL environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Microsoft Teams, and Windows 10.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networks and networking principles.
• Experience delivering user training and creating documentation.
• Exceptional customer and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of AV and conference facilities.
