PSD Scotland is seeking a proactive Technology Services Project Support Officer to join the Technology Services team on a 12-month fixed term/secondment. The role focuses on providing high-quality project support across technology and digital initiatives, helping with planning, governance, reporting and delivery.
Based at the National Distribution Centre, Larkhall, the post offers hybrid working and a 36-hour week.

On 1 April 2026, NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) and NHS Education for Scotland (NES) became one national organisation, focused on continuity today and a stronger, more connected service for tomorrow.

Within PSD Scotland, National Procurement Technology Services provides strategic leadership and delivery of digital and eProcurement solutions that support once for Scotland ways of working.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Technology Services Project Support Officer to join our Technology Services team.
The post holder will provide a high quality project support function across a range of technology and digital initiatives, supporting effective planning, governance, reporting, and delivery. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and a wide range of stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of nationally significant programmes.

This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone with experience in project or service support who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a complex and fast paced environment.
You will have experience providing project or service support in a complex organisation and be confident working with minimal supervision. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of supporting technology or digital change, and working within healthcare or the public sector, would be an advantage.
This post will be based at National Distribution Centre, Larkhall.
Current hybrid working.
The work pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
