What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate within a specialist technology market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and building client relationships
• Sourcing and engaging technology professionals across niche IT markets
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer acceptance
• Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Becoming an expert within your specialist technology sector
• Negotiating offers and providing market insight to clients and candidates
• Building a network and personal brand within your chosen market
