Job summary

Primark in Reading or Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract to lead a critical supplier transition and technical transformation. Hybrid work arrangement, 2 days per week on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating governance and stakeholder communications across internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, or Project Manager role.
• Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, outsourcing, supplier management, or transition projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience maintaining project plans, governance packs, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and third-party partner teams.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical and operational change of a strategic technology supplier.
• Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support governance activities, project reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting coordination.
• Monitor progress against key deliverables and elevate risks where required.
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, and handover activities.
