Job summary

Computershare in the UK is recruiting an IT Project Manager to join our Technology team in either Bristol or Edinburgh. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of three days in the office and flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

You will support the delivery of technology change across global Plans development teams, driving complex initiatives in an Agile or hybrid delivery framework, coordinating between technical teams and the wider business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects within an Agile or hybrid framework.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to defined governance standards, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issues, and change control.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify and manage key dependencies with broader change programmes.
• Create project approaches and define roles and responsibilities.
• Define and manage project scope with stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops and checkpoint forums.
• Manage interactions with external partners and suppliers.
