Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery to a highly governed standard across our technology and service delivery portfolio.

You will work with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, manage budgets and resources, and ensure successful handover to BAU while aligning with Prince2 governance.

Qualifications

• Clearly and thoroughly identify the scope of the project by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and document scope and communicate to portfolio resources with a clear benefits proposition.
• Represent the project to the appropriate approval authority for sign-off to proceed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning workshops to create a valid and accurate plan.
• Manage day-to-day time, cost and quality activities in line with the project framework.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; implement contingency plans.
• Communicate progress to project teams, stakeholders, partners, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure transition of projects into the BAU service function as defined in the Target Operating Model.
