Role Highlights
- Own the Product Roadmap: Lead the development and enhancement of Audley's Salesforce CRM and Reservation platforms.
- Drive Business Value: Partner with stakeholders across the business to prioritise requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead Delivery: Manage the product backlog and work closely with external development partners to deliver high-quality releases.
- Champion User Experience: Identify opportunities for improvement through user feedback, support insights, and performance data.
- Develop and Support Teams: Lead, coach, and support a team of Systems Support Analysts and Business Analysts.
It Would Be Great If
- You have proven experience working with Salesforce in a complex enterprise environment.
- You have strong Product Owner experience, including backlog ownership and prioritisation.
- You are experienced in working with third-party suppliers and managing delivery against scope, quality, and timelines.
- You can confidently engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- You have experience defining requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, and release management.
- You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement.
