Job summary

Accenture in London, Manchester or Edinburgh seeks a Technology Operating Model Manager to shape how technology unlocks business value. You will partner with technology and business leaders to design target operating models and roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.

You will lead teams, coach junior members and work with senior clients to articulate value cases, drive transformation programs and embed modern engineering practices, including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, AI and Cloud.

Qualifications

Experience designing modern technology operating models or engineering backgrounds moving into advisory work.
Understand IT, Data, AI and Cloud operating model components and methodologies.
Ability to translate complex tech challenges into actionable operating model designs.

Responsibilities

Partner with technology and business leaders to architect how technology unlocks value and agility.
Co-create a client's Technology Operating Model vision, strategy and design.
Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to wider business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new capabilities and model changes.
Advise on modern engineering capabilities including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE and Cloud.
Lead Agile assessments and develop actionable roadmaps for large technology transformations.
Develop methods and processes to embed new ways of working.
Provide insights on pitfalls and risk mitigation during operating model transformation.
Lead and coach client teams and junior members.
