Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Technology Operating Model Consultant to join our London/UK network, with mobility up to 100%. You will design modern operating models, collaborate with technology and business leaders, and guide large-scale transformations using Lean and Agile methods.

You will lead architecture, governance and roadmaps, while coaching teams and shaping value cases for change, enabled by Cloud, Data & AI and automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing modern technology operating models.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology strategies.
• Experience engaging with senior clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and business leaders to architect how technology unlocks value through the operating model blueprint.
• Co-create a client's Technology Operating Model vision, strategy and design from product structures to governance and processes.
• Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to wider business objectives.
• Advise on and implement modern engineering capabilities including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Automation, Data & AI and Cloud.
• Lead and coach client teams and junior members to adopt new operating models.
