Job summary

VIQU Ltd. is seeking a Technology Demand Manager in Horsham with hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site).

The role focuses on managing inbound technology demand and a portfolio of small change and BAU projects, coordinating with infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure proper scoping, prioritisation, governance and on-time delivery. The position requires strong experience in IT demand management, project coordination across multiple streams, and solid stakeholder and supplier

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, costs and delivery timescales.

• Oversee supplier delivery, governance, budgets, POs and performance.
• Act as a key link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Drive improvements across demand, change and delivery processes.

Technology Demand Manager

Horsham - Hybrid (3 days)

Up to £67,000

VIQU are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking a Technology Demand Manager to manage inbound technology demand and a portfolio of small change and BAU projects. Working closely with infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure requirements are scoped, prioritised, governed, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities of the Technology Demand Manager:

• Manage inbound technology demand from initial request through to delivery
• Assess, scope, prioritise, and schedule small change and BAU projects
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and delivery timescales
• Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party suppliers
• Oversee supplier delivery, governance, budgets, POs, and performance
• Act as a key link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Drive improvements across demand, change, and delivery processes

Key Experience Required of the Technology Demand Manager:

• Experience managing IT demand, small change, or technology delivery
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
• Experience working with infrastructure or technology teams
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, costs, and delivery timelines
• Experience working within structured governance and change processes
• Strong project planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
• Insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment would be desirable
