Technology Delivery Manager – Finance Services Transformation Programme

Location: Barbican & Epsom | Hybrid Working (1-2 days a week) | Fixed-Term Contract: Until end of 2025 | Full time

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting financial services technology transformation within our Employee, Infrastructure, and Data technology unit, on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of a large-scale technology transformation project within the financial services sector, collaborating closely with all technology teams.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized professional with a proven track record of delivering projects in complex environments. You should have a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion. Healthcare experience is a bonus, but a passion for delivering fast-paced change is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practise and embed at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
• Deliver projects in a complex technology environment with high change volume, balancing multiple priorities and ambiguity.
• Manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively, demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Provide operational leadership within the technology transformation.
• Resolve conflicts and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Work collaboratively with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare and managing information governance and related regulations is advantageous.
