Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of small change enhancements and non‑standard requests within the Business Change & IT Team. You will bridge business stakeholders, technology teams and suppliers to ensure value delivery and controlled change.

You will manage multiple priorities, maintain strong relationships across the organisation and steer delivery from demand through to implementation with a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 or APM)
• Experience delivering technology change in fast‑paced environments
• Strong governance and proposal development abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technology change across diverse applications and initiatives.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, technology teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Ensure changes are delivered on time, within budget and with clear value for residents and staff.
• Turn ideas into outcomes by bringing structure to complexity and guiding governance processes.
