Job description

Summary

An excellent opportunity for an Apprentice to join a large Lloyds Insurance Broker as a Technology Apprentice. The purpose of the role is to join the established Apprenticeship Programme to gain practical work experience and core skills with a view to build a long term career with the company.

Main Duties:

1. Support the Technology team with most of the day-to-day activities.
2. Assist with teams broader initiatives.
3. Collecting, tracking and analysing data.
4. Ensure feedback to stakeholders is provided in a timely manner regarding progress of their calls and development requests.
5. Provide a quality, reliable and timely support service delivering to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
6. Work with cross-functional teams both internal and external 3rd party suppliers to resolve on-going technical issues.
7. Work with Technology teams as necessary communicating any systems/software upgrades and patches, and diagnosing any application or system issues.
8. Ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Skills Required:

1. Educated to A-Levels (or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9 - 4 (C or above) including Maths and English.
3. Good knowledge of Office 365 environment.
4. Strong general IT skills.
