Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in either our Windsor or Southampton offices for architectural technicians and technologists. The role involves preparing detailed technical drawings and models, producing construction documentation, and supporting the design team in turning concepts into buildable solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating technical information with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams, contributing to building regulations and planning submissions, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages. The position also requires accurate revision and maintenance of project documentation, participation in project meetings, and practical problem-solving on issues of buildability, materials, and detailing. Team members are expected to collaborate closely with architects and designers, uphold quality and compliance standards, and contribute to a supportive studio environment.
