Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Technician – Laboratory to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team, starting in September 2025. This is a permanent, part-time, term-time only role, working 20 hours per week for 38 weeks annually.
As a Laboratory Technician at WFCG, you will support teaching and learning across laboratories on the BCA campus. Your responsibilities include preparing and managing laboratory resources, such as equipment, chemicals, materials, apparatus, and samples. Ensuring laboratory safety and maintenance compliance is essential, requiring a good understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH regulations, and basic laboratory equipment maintenance.
Applicants should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant scientific area (Biology or Chemistry) and have suitable laboratory experience, including setting up and dismantling scientific equipment.
