You will perform servicing, routine maintenance and repairs, working independently within a busy workshop environment while ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Demonstrated servicing and routine maintenance experience.
• Experience with brakes, tyres and shock absorbers.
• Own tools and full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance across a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
• Perform brake inspections, repairs and replacements.
• Carry out tyre checks and replacements.
• Replace shock absorbers and suspension components.
• Complete job cards and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, routine maintenance and mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out routine servicing and vehicle maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
• Completing brake inspections, repairs and replacements
• Carrying out tyre checks and replacements
• Replacing shock absorbers and suspension components
• Carrying out general mechanical repairs
• Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Completing job cards and relevant paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment

About You

We're looking for a confident and reliable Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in their workmanship.

You’ll ideally have:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Previous experience within an automotive workshop
• Strong servicing and routine maintenance experience
• Experience with brakes, tyres and shock absorbers
• Good general mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
